Iranian Comfort Foods
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Tuesday, March 18 | 5:30-8:00pm

Join Chef JoEllen and explore the flavors of the Persian Empire! We will make Persian style rice with a crunchy golden crust, served alongside pan roasted chicken scented with Persian “all-spice” A bright garlic lemon yogurt sauce and pickled onions will round out this celebratory dish Class is for ages 16+ You will work in pairs.

Scandinavian Dinner
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, March 12 | 5:30-7:30pm

Hej! Join chef Kara Fairfield for a Scandinavian dinner!  Prepare Kortbullar, the Swedish Meatball classic with mashed potatoes and cream sauce, sauteed green beans with dill-caper-brown butter sauce, and ginger cookies for dessert! Class is for students ages 16+

Open Studio (Watercolor, Pastel, Acrylic) Monday, 12:30 pm March 24- May 12 | 16-99+

Explore the medium of your choice in this 8-week open studio class. Students will be given individual attention on the subject of their choosing. Familiarity with the medium is required and no demonstrations will be given during this class.

No makeup classes will be made available in the case of illness or inclement weather.

All other mediums and surfaces are at the student’s discretion.

Supply advice can be given on the first day of class.

Baking Greek Pastries

Join Chef Rebecca Bryant on a tour through Greek Pastries! Enjoy preparing Kourabiedes (Greek powdered sugar shortbreads), Baklava (the classic honey and phyllo dough dessert), and Koulourakia (Greek Easter Cookies). Class is for students ages 16+. You will be paired with another student.
