Croissants from Scratch
Baking Class for Ages 16+
Tuesday, March 11 | 9:00-11:30am

Join Chef Noel for a lesson in making croissants from scratch! You’ll create your own dough from scratch, then work with our pre-risen dough to learn the process of lamination, make-up, and baking beautiful croissants. This class is for bakers ages 16+

Skills You’ll Learn:

  • Baking fundamentals
  • Yeast risen doughs
  • Lamination for layered pastries
  • Croissant forming and baking
  • Kitchen skills and safety

Crawfish Boil Take-Out
Mardi-Gras Dinner Feast for Two!
Tuesday, March 4 | 5:00-6:30pm

Put on your bib – it’s time for Fat Tuesday! Enjoy this Crawfish Boil Take-out Feast.  Enough to feed two (or one REALLY big appetite).  Pre-Order yours before they’re gone! Purchase one “seat” per order. Be sure to specify your pick-up time when you order – pickup window times 5:00-6:30pm.

  • 2.5 lbs of Crawfish, boiled with lots of potatoes, corn, onions and Cajun sausage
  • Dirty Rice
  • Southern Style Green Beans
  • Cornbread
  • Pecan Pralines!
