Chef Andrew Alcid will guide you through an evening of Japanese Comfort foods favorites. Prepare Pork Katsu, Japanese Curry featuring Purple Okinawa Potatoes, and Okonomiyaki – a classic savory pancake with fun toppings! Vegan substitutions can be made – just let us know! Class is for ages 16+
