Join Chef Jason Baum for a class on the Science of Fermentation! Intermediate cooks start the process for Kimchi, and learn the science behind the germs – and how to take care of your Kimchi at home while it ferments! Kimchi is a versatile Korean condiment and snack, offering tangy-heat along with probiotics! This class is for ages 16+
