Croissants from Scratch
Baking Class for Ages 16+

Join Chef Noel for a lesson in making croissants from scratch! You’ll create your own dough from scratch, then work with our pre-risen dough to learn the process of lamination, make-up, and baking beautiful croissants. This class is for bakers ages 16+

  • Lamination for layered pastries
  • Croissant forming and baking
  • Kitchen skills and safety

Japanese Comfort Foods
Cooking class for Ages 16+
Monday, March 10 | 6:00-8:00pm

Chef Andrew Alcid will guide you through an evening of Japanese Comfort foods favorites. Prepare Pork Katsu, Japanese Curry featuring Purple Okinawa Potatoes, and Okonomiyaki – a classic savory pancake with fun toppings! Vegan substitutions can be made – just let us know! Class is for ages 16+
