All About Mushrooms
Cooking Class for Ages 16+

Spring is on the way, and so are amazing mushrooms!  Join Chef Kara Fairfield for a tour of the many flavors of mushrooms! Work with a variety of fresh and dried mushrooms to create Wild Mushroom Risotto, Creamy Mushroom Soup, and a Chilled Mushroom and Pasta Salad!  Class is for age 16+

“Julia Child” Dinner Class
French Cooking for Ages 21+
Wednesday, March 19 | 5:30-8:00pm

Join Chef Kara for a delicious evening of “Julia Child” style French cuisine! Prepare Coq au Vin (the classic wine-soaked chicken braise with mushrooms and bacon), French Onion Soup, and Chocolate Mousse! Class is for students ages 21+, alcohol will be served. Bon Appetite!

Baking Masters – Intergen Baking Camp

Tie on your aprons and get out the flour – kids and grownups team up and become baking masters! Cheesecake, Cookies, Pies, Cakes, Cake Decoration and more!

Camp is for ages 7-10 with an Adult! An adult must attend each night of camp. Sign up for 1 seat per adult/child pair.
