Gnocchi Three Ways
Cooking for Ages 16+

Join Chef Tiffiny for an evening of scratch gnocchi! Gnocchi is a tender, pillow shaped pasta that is easy to make at home without any special equipment! In this class, you’ll prepare three different kinds of gnocchi: classic potato gnocchi, ricotta gnudi gnocchi, and semolina gnocchi!  Each will be paired with its own sauce.  Sit down to enjoy all three with a simple salad and dessert! Class is for ages 16+

Cooking Class for Ages 16+

Spring is on the way, and so are amazing mushrooms!  Join Chef Kara Fairfield for a tour of the many flavors of mushrooms! Work with a variety of fresh and dried mushrooms to create Wild Mushroom Risotto, Creamy Mushroom Soup, and a Chilled Mushroom and Pasta Salad!  Class is for age 16+

Join Chef JoEllen for a journey to Palestine to feast on the hearty and unique flavors of this enduring culture. You’ll make a simple, but delicious Bulgur Pilaf, Lamb Fatayer tarts, perfect as appetizers or a light dinner, alongside a roasted cauliflower and green olive salad and a unique Phyllo pocket cheese dessert. French Cooking for Ages 21+

We will make Persian style rice with a crunchy golden crust, served alongside pan roasted chicken scented with Persian “all-spice” A bright garlic lemon yogurt sauce and pickled onions will round out this celebratory dish Class is for ages 16+ You will work in pairs.

Cooking class for Ages 16+
Monday, March 17 | 6:00-8:00pm

Discover the secrets to excellent sushi at home! Chef Andrew Alcid will teach you the process for making sushi rice, and how to use fresh vegetables and proteins like fried shrimp to make your own rolls! Price includes your own sushi-rolling kit to take home! Vegan substitutions can be made – just let us know!  Class is for ages 16+

Boozy St. Patty’s Day Cupcakes
Baking Class for Ages 21+
Friday, March 14 | 6:00-7:30pm

Join Chef Krystal in whipping up some boozy cupcakes for St. Patrick’s Day! You’ll decorate premade chocolate peppermint patty cupcakes, and pick which booze infusion you’d like to add!  This class is for adults ages 21+.  Students work in teams of two and each take home 12 cupcakes.
